Shipping Policy

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may begin processing the following business day.
• During high-volume periods, processing times may extend slightly. If this occurs, customers will be notified via email.

• Cold packs are included when appropriate.
• We do not guarantee cold pack longevity beyond normal transit windows.
• Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery and ensuring timely receipt.
• We are not responsible for product degradation resulting from delayed delivery acceptance.

Due to regulatory complexity surrounding research materials:

• We ship within the United States only.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
• Signature confirmation may be required for certain orders.
• Customers are responsible for understanding their local and state regulations prior to ordering.

All shipments are transferred to the carrier upon dispatch. Once marked as delivered by the carrier:

• Cheat Codes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
• Customers assume full responsibility after confirmed delivery.
• If a package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect addresses
• Failed delivery attempts
• Packages returned due to address errors

Reshipment fees may apply.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Photograph the outer packaging immediately.
• Photograph the product condition.
• Contact support within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within 24 hours may void replacement eligibility.
